Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Will provide the best service experience for customers. The Dealer will create and maintain a fun, entertaining, party atmosphere for extended periods of time while dealing various table games. If moving from over 500 miles, you will receive relocation assistance of $1,000. If moving from 50 to 500 miles away, you will receive relocation assistance of $500. If you are a previous Indiana Grand Racing & Casino or Horseshoe Indianapolis team member, that has left employment at our Casino within the past 12 months, applying to rejoin our team, you will not qualify for the sign on bonus. $2,500 Sign on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment. If your average for any given month is below $22/hr, the company will issue you a check to make up the difference. Using a monthly average, you are guaranteed to make at least $22 per hour (base pay plus tokes).
